SHIPPING/RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Exchanges
NO HASSLE EXCHANGES - Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

All exchanges must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment date. Customer must ship all items in a shipping box or envelope; do not use the product packaging as a shipping container.

Don't wear an item out riding and then decide to send it back to us - our exchange department will know. Be sure to keep the tags on everything until you're sure that it fits and you want to keep it. All exchanges have to be in "like new" condition - in other words, no scuffs/scratches, all tags still attached, original packaging intact, etc. Keep it just like it was when you opened it, and there won't be any problems.

You have to get an RA# (Return Authorization) number from us before you send anything back.

Returns
Returns without exchanges may choose one of the following options

Option #1) Store credit
Option #2) 20% Restock Charge

PowersportEquipment.com will not accept returned goods without prior approval in the form of an RA#. Requests must be made within 30 days from receipt of goods. PowersportEquipment.com will not accept any returns sent COD. PowersportEquipment.com will not refund shipping charges for any returns.

All returned merchandise must be in its original, new, unused, unworn condition, and include its original undamaged packaging, attached tags, instructions, etc. Never ship an item in its original manufacturers packaging - it will arrive damaged. Please use a postal box or other adequate packaging to ensure your return is not damaged on the way back to PowersportEquipment.com.

All returns or exchanges must be received within 10 business days from the date the RA# is issued! Any returned items that do not follow the guidelines listed above will be returned and no credits will be issued.

On all PayPal returns/exchanges the transaction fee is non-refundable.

Returns/exchanges on Leather Racing Suits. 10% Supplier Exchange fee or 20% Restock Charge.

No returns/exchanges on eBay items. We are selling these items at clearance.

No returns/exchanges on Price Match items. We are selling these items at clearance prices.

No returns/exchanges on Electrical items. This is standard industry practice.

Cancellations
Any items cancelled prior to shipment will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.
In some situations an item has to be ordered or drop-shipped from our distributors, and once your item has been ordered from the manufacturer or distributor, there is no stopping it until it reaches your door. Size changes and cancellations made after your order has been shipped will be subject to the appropriate exchange/restocking fee.

Cancelling a backordered item:
Backorders are handled on a half-down, half-on-completion basis. If you agree to a backorder, we will charge half of the item as a non-refundable deposit. In the event of a backorder cancellation, your half-down deposit will be retained as in-store credit.

Warranty:
All warranty claims are processed through individual product manufacturers and subject to their policies and discretion. Warranty items should be returned directly to the manufacturer unless advised otherwise by a PowersportEquipment.com customer service representative.

Shipping:
Powersportequipment.com works hard to ship your order as soon as possible! Most orders will ship within 24 Hours or less, though sometimes items have to be moved from our warehouse location and will ship in 3-4 business days. Unexpected delays caused by a manfacturer can result in a delay. The Powersportequipment.com system will automatically notify you as soon as we are made aware of any delay in the fulfillment of your order.

We run FREE ground shipping offers almost year round so take advantage. This saves you anywhere from $8 - $40 on some items.

Powersportequipment.com may ask for authorization for additional shipping charges for orders going to Alaska, Hawaii , Canada, Puerto Rico and International orders.

If shipping instructions are not specified at the time of the order we will send product using Standard UPS Ground.

All APO/FPO shipments will be assessed a $10 handling fee. (Our standard shipping is via UPS)

International Orders:
International orders outside the United States require payment using a verified Paypal account. (This is for security purposes) Customer is responsible for all shipping charges via UPS. Once your order is placed we will contact you with your final shipping charges. We ship via UPS on all orders overseas. International orders over $300 may choose the option of shipping via UPS or USPS however the customer is still responsible for all charges.

Canada/Mexico/Puerto Rico Orders:
Customer pays all shipping charges via UPS.

Alaska/Hawaii Orders:
Customer pays all shipping charges via UPS.
