Can I place an order without using a credit card?
Yes, you can place an order by mail, by paying with a paypal, personal check, certified check or money order. However, restrictions apply when paying by personal check.

I need my order quickly. What are my options?
We have many options for you to receive your package quickly using UPS our shipping company of choice.

I cannot find the item or part number I am looking for?
If you are unable to locate a particular item or part number by using our variety of search engines, please contact our knowledgeable sales staff. Or reference any current Parts Unlimited catalog. Our database of information reflects their part numbers exactly.

Will you special order a specific item?
Midwest Powersports provides over 100,000 parts for your convenience, and can special order items as necessary.

Can I pick up my order at your location in Hutchinson?
Absolutely. To make your stop convenient, call approximately 30 minutes prior to pick up and we will have you item(s) waiting for you. For directions & hours click here.

How soon will my return be processed?
Most returns are processed within 5-7 business days from the time it is received in our office. A check will be issued to the original purchaser on COD orders returned, please allow 7-10 business days from the date package was received in our office. Orders taken by credit card will have their credit card refunded in approximately 5-7 business days from the time the package was received in our office. If you request a exchange, the return should be processed and on it’s way back to you within 5-7 business days from its received date. In some instances it may be necessary to contact you regarding your return, please provide a contact number or email address. Inventory changes on a daily basis, so we cannot guarantee availability on exchanges.

Mispriced Items
We try our very best to make sure that every item we sell is priced accurately, however there are times when an item in our database gets corrupted with the wrong pricing or description. When this happens we will contact you before processing your order and notify you with the correct information regarding your order. If you wish to continue with your order that is absolutely fine and if you want to cancel your order we allow this as well. We are here for YOU the customer!
