I was excited to find the product I was looking for so quickly! There was no problem in purchasing or checkout procedures. The only slight difficulty was in finding the right sizing chart for the specific suit I was purchasing.
Abosulely the best support from supplier I've done business with. They immediately notified me of a billing address error on my part, made the correction,and within 3 days had my order.
I bought and returned a rainsuit from Harley Davidson because I didn't like the quality of the pants. The 2 piece suit I bought from Powersport Equipment is great and I like this quality much better.

My wife ordered a barons BAK for my vulcan 1st week of december for christmas. 2 weeks later got e-mail it
was on back order. 2weeks later than that got another e-mail that it was delayed further. My wife thought
they had billed her card already. The end of january she gets an e-mail(2 months after initial order) saying
her card was denied.. did she get a phone call??? nope..1 week later order was cancelled by "Another Company".
Not 1 phone call from them. By the way she checks her secondary e-mail about every 2 weeks,yes her fault,their
fault for major lack of customer service.
Jump to february 7th. I find your web site off a google search. I order the arlen ness big sucker kit for $100 less
than barons bak. I complete order and go on with my day. My phone rings and it is your wonderful lady from customer
service. She told me my card had a problem with the security code so she was giving me a call and that she had also
sent me an e-mail. I had mistyped the 3 digit code on my order. Oops my mistake. To actually get a phone call like
that is what we call "CUSTOMER SERVICE". Is that the difference between people from kansas and california? I don't
think so.. I think it is the difference between good customer service and a web site that thinks it is so big it
doesn't need my business. Average deliverytime from cruiser customizing is 3 weeks no matter what you order. My eta
from you is a week from monday??? God bless all of you.
Yes you are now saved to my favorites. The only thing is it is harder to navigate your site having to look thru 150
of something to see if it is there for my bike. Anyway to set up the site to be bike specific? If it raises your
costs forget it. I will search absolutely to save $10.

I originally ordered the wrong size boot. I re-ordered the correct size Friday evening and recieved my new boots on Monday and had them in time for my weekend ride.
Great product and an amazing price. The only drawback was that I never received an email stating my order had shipped. I received an email that my order was received, but never one that it had shipped or a tracking number. Shipping was very quick 1 week to receive, very good considering a long weekend during shipping. I am very pleased and will definitely look to do business with them again.
